I remember the first time I went onto Tayla’s Instagram page and I thought to myself, “whow this girl is so beautiful and seems to be a great coach”.
At the time I really wanted to gain my strength and make myself feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. So I came to the thought on signing up to her program.
To this day I am so so great full to have signed up with Tayla to be my personal coach. She listened to what I wanted to improve on and guided me towards my personal goals. Once I started seeing Tay once a week I became so obsessed with working out, she made it really enjoyable and is the best hype man ever!!! I first started training with Tayla in March this year. I completed her first challenge last month, where I started my nutrition journey with her. Working with Tay is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only has she guided me to a healthier lifestyle, she was also by my side helping me overcome my fear and anxiety of the gym.
