MY STORY

Let me tell you about how I become the person I am today.

I grew up quite competitive and with a love of sport. I also loved being in-front of the camera. I was a competitive international cheerleader, a competitive surfer, who in 2013 competed in Surfest. Throughout school I never felt as though I fit in, like I was 'Different'. I experienced waves of bullying in many different ways whilst I tried to do what I loved and figure out who I was. For a young girl like many my self image, my confidence & my love for life rapidly deteriorated. I experienced depression and anxiety which consumed a good 4 years of my younger self. I no longer could shine with the confidence I grew up with because of this.
With the passionate heart I have I knew I deserved more and that I could overcome this. My inspiring mother motivated me to begin coming to the gym with her at the age of 13. I can remember walking into that gym and I looked at a photo of a girl on the wall. The girls arms were so toned and she looked extremely fit… I said there and then to my mum
"One day I want my arms to look like that". I will never forget this because this is where it all started for me. I began training & educating myself around the gym… My passion for bettering my health and fitness got stronger.

Although I had my set backs, in my heart I wanted this more than ever… As the years went by I kept reminding myself that if you want to get somewhere you HAVE to start… Fast forward to now I've become the strong minded, educated and empowered woman I've always dreamed of.

My Competing journey

As I gained more knowledge with my training through these years I decided in 2018 to compete in my first body building competition which I prepared for in 18 weeks.. I took out first place Junior Champion in my first show ! This sparked a flame .. I knew the stage was the place I was meant to be,

WBFF PRO STATUS

On the 17th of April 2021 I stood on stage after a 22 week preperation for my WBFF debut. I was more determined than ever, I left no stone un turned during this prep.

The feeling on the WBFF stage is indescribable, I gave everything I had physically and mentally and was rewarded 1st place and my PRO status! I Then took it to the next step taking on the WBFF WORLD titles in 2022, where I took out 2nd place.. Forever grateful to be a coach that helps inspire and guide other woman to experience such feelings.
